This site has great summaries of developments in Congress and thorough information on the Single-Payer Health Care System, an alternative they support. See their startling article on the enormous compensations given to managed care CEOs. The Foundation for Taxpayer and Consumer Rights

Their mission is to be a watchdog for consumer rights within the healthcare system. Great site, includes Insurance Complaint sites and information on current medical reform.

 Health Administration Responsibility Project

This organization is dedicated to establishing the liability of managed care organizations for the consequences of their decisions. HARP is a resource for patients, doctors, and attorneys seeking to establish the liability of HMOs, Managed Health Care Organizations, and Nursing Facilities for the consequences of their decisions. They are concerned that in the headlong rush to "Efficient" Medical care, the organizations involved are losing sight of the "Quality" of the care they provide.
